Peter has extensive experience of working with different types of commercial contracts and of supporting clients as special legal adviser. Peter is experienced in most areas of business law, including the establishment of research collaborations between companies and/or academic institutions and commercial litigation.

Peter joined rambe legal in November 2000. Prior to this, Peter worked as an associate at the law firm Advokatfirman Tom Placht AB in Uppsala, Sweden. In his practice at the law firm, he acted as legal adviser to small business enterprises, handled litigation issues as well as drafted and negotiated business contracts.

Peter has also worked as legal counsel for Uppsala University. At the University he was focused on drafting and negotiating several different types of contracts, including research collaboration agreements, purchase and supply agreements and real estate contracts.

Before beginning the practice of law, Peter served as a law clerk at the district court in Borås, Sweden. Peter is a graduate of Uppsala University, Sweden, and has also studied American law at the University of Minnesota where he took courses on American torts and antitrust law.
